Non competitive assembly, due to over designed electronics utilising costly and difficult to source / long lead time components?
What we can do
From your original design we will provide to you the completed updated assemblies using up-to-date or more widely used and standard components:-
We need the Schematics / PCB files (but not essential), Parts list and 2 reference Assemblies, and preferably a specification.
If a specification is not available then the original assembly will be used as a base line.
From this we will provide to you a unit cost and delivery schedule, prototype, then production samples / batches
If the design is not changed much (different package / different manufacturer) and the changes are analysed for product impact (rise / fall times / impedance similarity then EMC re-testing may not be necessary, but may be required.
